Please contact the business office for more information. I have private pay options available. Reduced fee scale available for those who qualify. Payments can be made using cash, check, or credit/debit card. Payment is expected at time of service.

Cancellation Policy

I understand situations arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. It is policy that you provide a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. My practice reserves the right to charge $70 to your account if proper notice is not given.
